- Please contact LTC Jimmie Miller at 801-412-0478 or miller_jimmie@hotmail.com if you know anyone who served with PVT George D. Sanders (A Co, 1st BN, 506th PIR, KIA 12/21/44). George was from Idaho. He was wounded during the Battle of the Bulge in December 1944. While in hospital, he was killed when the enemy forces surged forward on 21 December 1944 and is buried in the Luxembourg American Cemetery.
506th (Vietnam)
The family of Marcus L. Parker, Jr. (506th company/battalion unknown) would appreciate information from anyone who served with Marcus in Vietnam. Marcus died in a car accident in 1991. Several years ago, a fire destroyed all the photographs and letters that Gary had sent to his brother Butch from Vietnam, and we are hoping that someone who served with Gary can tell us about him.
