Hospitality Room Guests
During the 2011 Currahee Rendezvous, over 450 Currahee veterans, active-duty
4th BCT soldiers, and Currahee family members visited the 506th Association Hos-
pitality/Display/Quartermaster Sales Room in the Oak Grove Holiday Inn Express.


Historical Displays
(R): Displays of books, photos, and other items from the 69-year history of the 506th
(from WWII to the current 4th Brigade Combat Team, 506th Infantry Regiment).



Moore and Guild
(R): Hoyt Bruce Moore, III (A Co, 1st BN, 1970-1971) gives
Fred E. Guild Jr. [HQ (Demolition), REGT, 506th PIR, 1944-1945]
directions to the 4th BCT area at Fort Campbell, KY


LTC Evans
LTC Craig Evans (B/HHC, 1st BN, 506th, 2nd ID,
Korea and Iraq, 2004-2005)
purchases items from
the 506th Association Quartermaster Store.


Barbeque Lunch
After the DMOR Ceremony on Saturday, November 11th, the
506th Association hosted a free lunch for 125 people in the Hos-
pitality Room. The food was prepared by Mark Weakley BBQ.


Gary Gilliam

Gary Gilliam (C Co, 2nd BN, 1970-1971) organized a C Company, 2nd BN,
Vietnam, 1970-1971
reunion for the 2011 Rendezvous. Gary designed
a special Charlie Company T-Shirt for the Rendezvous and had 506th
Association Quartermaster Ron Helwig make them up in Tan for the
Charlie Company veterans and in Pink for the wives.

Behind Gary are the Quartermaster Sales Tables. All of the 506th
Association Quartermaster items are also available for purchase
via
US Mail, including the official (48) 2011 Rendezvous T-Shirt design.
