- Commemorative Air Force Dixie Wing WWII fighter planes, Toccoa-Stephens County Airport
- Veterans Parade, downtown Toccoa

Sunday, October 4
- Remembrance Service with speaker Alan Coker of Toccoa Falls College at the PIR Memorial, Currahee Mountain
- Opening Ceremonies and Museum Dedication with the North Georgia College and State University Blue Ridge Rifles
- Banquet and Auction at the Georgia Baptist Conference Center
