the HBO Band Of Brothers poster that is now on display in The
Stephens County Historical Society Museum.

Don Malarkey

Donald G. Malarkey (E Co, 2nd BN, 506th PIR, 1942-1945) was one
of the Easy Company veterans attending the Toccoa premiere.

The southeastern premiere of the HBO Band of Brothers was presented in partnership with The Stephens County Historical Society and the USO. Participating in the premiere were Georgia Governor Roy E. Barnes; U.S. Senator Max Cleland; Georgia State Representative Jeanette Jamison; Mary Lou Austin, president, USO of Georgia, Inc.; Anne Thomopoulos, senior vice president HBO original programming; and mini-series co-producer Ivan Schwarz. Actors who portrayed Easy Company veterans in the mini-series also attended the event. The Georgia Film and Videotape Office assisted both with research on the project and in the coordination of the southeastern regional premiere.
